Nurse Practitioner

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic Pediatric and Family Medicine practice. This provider will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.

Duties

• Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric and family medicine patients
• Conduct well-child visits, annual physicals, and preventive health screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Manage immunizations and routine pediatric care
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
• Provide patient and family education on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality care

Skills

• Proficiency in EMR/EHR system; experience with medical documentation standards including CPT coding and ICD coding (ICD-10)
• Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy for accurate patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration; familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
