Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for expanding into pain management services. This role will involve assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with pain-related conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment and Care:
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with patients to develop wellness programs, including lifestyle modification, nutrition counseling, and exercise recommendations.
• Educate patients on preventive health measures and the importance of a balanced lifestyle in managing pain and overall health.
• Patient Education and Support:
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, wellness strategies, and aesthetic procedures.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure effective care.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing and a current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
• Unrestricted DEA, required.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
