Position Overview

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to help expand our cognitive neurology and memory care services into the Naples market.

This position includes a structured training and mentorship period within our established Bonita Springs clinic, working directly alongside our physicians and experienced clinical team. Following onboarding and training, the provider will gradually transition into a more autonomous role helping lead and grow the Naples-area practice.

Training & Growth Path

During the initial onboarding period, the Nurse Practitioner will:

• train directly with supervising neurologists in Bonita Springs
• train directly with our Nurse Practitioner clinical education team
• learn cognitive neurology and memory care workflows
• gain experience interpreting cognitive testing, imaging, and longitudinal dementia care
• become familiar with advanced Alzheimer’s treatment protocols and monitoring

As experience and comfort increase, the provider will gradually transition into a more independent role supporting and growing services in Naples.

We are looking for someone motivated, dependable, and excited to develop long-term specialty expertise.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient new patient and follow-up visits
• Evaluate memory and cognitive concerns
• Participate in dementia and Alzheimer’s care management
• Review labs, imaging, and cognitive testing
• Collaborate closely with supervising neurologists
• Document visits within the EMR
• Assist with longitudinal care coordination
• Participate in telehealth visits when appropriate

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Florida APRN license (or ability to obtain)
• Nurse Practitioner certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in neurology, memory care, geriatrics, or brain health

Preferred but not required:

• Geriatrics experience
• Internal medicine, psych, or primary care background

Initial training period will primarily occur in Bonita Springs prior to transition into the Naples-area role.
