Position Overview

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Jacksonville Beach clinic.

This is an outpatient cognitive neurology / memory care role with strong physician collaboration and mentorship. Neurology experience is welcomed but not required.

New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient follow-up and new patient visits
• Evaluate memory and cognitive concerns
• Participate in dementia and Alzheimer’s care management
• Review labs, imaging, and cognitive testing
• Collaborate closely with supervising neurologists
• Document visits within the EMR
• Help coordinate longitudinal care plans
• Participate in telehealth visits when appropriate

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Florida APRN license (or ability to obtain)
• Nurse Practitioner certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in neurology, cognition, or brain health

Preferred but not required:

• Geriatrics experience
• Internal medicine, primary care, or psych background

• or Part-time (Wednesday-Friday)

Compensation

Competitive salary + bonus structure based on experience and productivity.
