NURSE PRACTITIONER

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Nurse Practitioner to join our growing health and wellness practice specializing in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), weight loss, and peptides across both clinic locations. In this role, you will serve as the clinical lead, overseeing patient consultations, lab interpretation, medication management, standing orders, and the overall tone and energy of the office environment. You will work closely with a small, cross-trained team of Medical Assistants and play a pivotal role in shaping the patient experience from first contact through ongoing care. His & Hers is a patient-centered wellness clinic with locations in Chehalis and Longview, Washington, led by Ashley Roady, FNP-BC, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of healthcare experience. Key Objectives

• Conduct approximately 5–6 patient consults per day with thoroughness and efficiency
• Serve as the clinical authority for new patient onboarding, including intake assessment, patient education, and individualized care planning
• Accurately interpret laboratory results and determine appropriate medication dosing for HRT, weight loss, and peptide protocols
• Review and sign off on labs assigned through the MA team, ensuring clinical accuracy and compliance with standing orders
• Manage ongoing medication refills and address patient medication questions in a timely, knowledgeable manner throughout the day
• Delegate tasks clearly and respectfully to Medical Assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations across both locations
• Set a welcoming, energetic, and professional tone that reflects the practice’s values and elevates the patient and staff experience
• Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, certifications, and continuing education requirements
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with patients that support long-term retention and satisfaction

Education & Experience

Required:

• Active ARNP (Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner) license in good standing
• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Valid and unrestricted state license to practice

Preferred:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner (preferred but not required — the right candidate with strong foundational skills and a growth mindset will be considered)
• Background or strong interest in health and wellness, hormone therapy, weight loss, peptides, or integrative medicine
• Experience in a clinical setting with direct patient consultation responsibilities
• Familiarity with HRT, weight loss protocols, or aesthetic services is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the clinic for extended periods
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs as needed
• Manual dexterity required for clinical procedures and computer-based documentation
• Visual and auditory acuity necessary for patient assessment and communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

• Competitive market-rate base salary (practice is committed to offering above-market compensation)
• Quarterly performance bonus of 15% of practice profits

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
