Position Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time / PRN Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This role offers flexibility while maintaining a consistent patient base, with a strong emphasis on quality care and clinical autonomy.

Schedule

Days: Tuesday & Wednesday

Hours: Flexible based on patient appointments

Office hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Schedule provided 24 hours in advance

Current caseload: ~40 patients (growing, max 100)

Compensation

$75/hour

Productivity expectation: ~3 patients per hour

Responsibilities

- Conduct psychiatric and substance use evaluations

- Manage medication-assisted treatment (Suboxone, Sublocade, Naltrexone)

- Provide ongoing medication management and follow-ups

- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Qualifications

- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee

- Experience in addiction medicine and mental health required

- Comfortable treating adolescents and adults

- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills

- Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
