This is a full-time, in-person position serving our Highland Park and Lincolnwood, Illinois locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in functional medicine, hormone optimization, wellness care, and chronic disease prevention, with a strong commitment to patient education and long-term health outcomes.

Patient Care & Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and medical assessments
• Review medical histories, laboratory results, and diagnostic testing
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on root-cause medicine
• Manage hormone optimization and wellness programs
• Administer IV therapy and intramuscular (IM) injections
• Support and oversee ozone therapy in accordance with established clinical guidelines and provider protocols
• Order, interpret, and review laboratory testing
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle modifications, supplementation, and preventive healthcare strategies
• Coordinate ongoing care and follow-up visits
• Maintain accurate charting and EMR documentation
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care with professionalism and clinical excellence

What We're Looking For

• Active Illinois Nurse Practitioner (NP) license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
• Experience in functional medicine, wellness medicine, preventive care, hormone optimization, or integrative medicine preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
• High attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence
• Professional and polished demeanor
• Fluent in English (required)
• Russian and/or Ukrainian language proficiency (preferred)
• Reliable transportation to Highland Park and Lincolnwood, Illinois locations
