Job Summary:

Assists Owner & Managing Partner in managing the day to day spa operations to ensure delivery of superior patient service, achievement of high employee and patient satisfaction and performance relative to Spa objectives. Provides leadership, direction, and support to the RN, front desk team and technicians.

Knowledge/Skills Required:

• Dedication to providing the highest quality customer/patient care and experience.
• Orders and interprets patient care tests, treatments and exams (blood tests, lab work and 3x4 genetic testing)
• Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies, including, but not limited to, medications, peptides, hormone replacement therapies, IV’s and injections (including 503 protocols), and ozone therapy.
• Attend education workshops and seminars, review recent publications, establish personal networks, and participate in professional societies in order to maintain expert and technical knowledge.
• Verifiable track record of your ability to exercise independent medical judgment
• Familiarity with establishing, complying with, and adapting to clinical protocols.
• Demonstrate interest in Integrative/Functional Medicine.
• Capable of working effectively and safely without direct supervision.
• Provide advice regarding chronic pain problems, general health education and coordination of care.
• Maintain accurate records and schedules
• Develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Provide leadership for the spa and absence of or as required by management and owner.
• Knowledgeable of various aesthetic services and skincare treatments such as laser, stem cells, radiofrequency and microneedling.
• Experience with the following modalities and/or services a plus: PEMF Therapy, Photobiomodulation (Red Light Therapy), Aspen Laser for Pain relief, methylation testing, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, genetic testing

Education and Licensure:

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner educational program and passage of board-approved certifying exam.
• Must possess a license as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Arizona.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
