Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our growing wellness, hormone optimization, and aesthetic medicine practice. This role combines primary care, preventive medicine, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, IV therapy, and aesthetic services. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, confident in patient education and treatment planning, and passionate about helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with management, nursing staff, and pharmacy partners to deliver exceptional patient care while helping expand our client base and service offerings.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care

• Conduct comprehensive sick and well-patient visits.
• Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and follow-up care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with current clinical protocols and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

Hormone Optimization & Wellness

• Evaluate and manage patients seeking hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
• Prescribe and monitor hormone replacement treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Perform hormone pellet insertions and follow-up management.
• Administer IV hydration and wellness therapies.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.

Medical Weight Loss

• Conduct consultations for weight loss and metabolic health patients.
• Develop individualized weight management programs.
• Prescribe and monitor weight loss therapies in accordance with current practice protocols.
• Provide ongoing patient education, coaching, and follow-up care.

Aesthetic Medicine

• Perform neurotoxin injections with a high standard of safety and aesthetic outcomes.
• Assess and administer dermal fillers based on patient goals and facial anatomy.
• Develop comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, expectations, and aftercare.

Collaboration & Practice Growth

• Work closely with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care and clinical operations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy partners regarding medication management, hormone therapies, and treatment protocols.
• Partner with management to support patient retention, satisfaction, and practice growth initiatives.
• Contribute to community outreach, patient education events, and marketing initiatives as appropriate.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications Required

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• DEA registration.
• Experience administering IV therapies.
• Experience managing hormone replacement therapy patients.
• Experience performing hormone pellet insertions.
• Experience conducting sick and well visits.
• Experience consulting and managing weight loss patients.
• Experience administering neurotoxins.
• Experience with dermal filler assessment and injections.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred

• Background in functional medicine, wellness medicine, anti-aging medicine, or integrative medicine.
• Experience in a med spa, wellness, or aesthetic practice.
• Existing patient following or established community presence.
• Certifications in aesthetic injectables and advanced cosmetic procedures.

All terms and salary will be negotiable.
