We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Toms River, NJ!

Position Details

Full-Time (30-40 hours weekly) or Part-Time Opportunities Available

Key Responsibilities

•
Perform comprehensive assessments for new admissions and acute issues in both subacute and long-term care patients

•
Prevent avoidable hospital transfers through early evaluation and timely intervention

•
Collaborate and communicate effectively with primary care providers and specialists

•
Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

•
Previous RN experience required — New NP graduates are welcome to apply!

•
Strong critical thinking and assessment skills

•
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•
Comfortable with electronic documentation and computer systems

Compensation

$120,000 – $170,000 per year
(Full Time Base Salary + Productivity Bonus)
$65.00-$75.00 per hour
(Part Time)
