Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This role combines aesthetic medicine with wellness services, including hormone replacement therapy and medical weight management.

The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment, experience in injectables, and an interest or background in hormone optimization and metabolic health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client consultations and medical assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans for aesthetic, hormone, and weight loss clients
• Administer aesthetic injectables (Botox, dermal fillers, neuromodulators) (not required)
• Evaluate, initiate, and manage Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for appropriate candidates
• Manage medically supervised weight loss programs, including prescribing and monitoring GLP-1 medications and other approved therapies (as applicable)
• Order and interpret labs related to hormone and metabolic health
• Perform or assist with aesthetic procedures such as microneedling, PRP, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation services
• Provide ongoing follow-up care and treatment adjustments
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with Arizona state regulations
• Collaborate with Medical Director and team to ensure best practices and patient safety

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
• Board certification (FNP, AGNP, etc.)
• Experience in aesthetic injectables (preferred but not required)
• Experience with hormone therapy and/or medical weight loss preferred (training may be provided for the right candidate)
• Ability to interpret labs and manage treatment plans independently
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and safe injection practices
• Excellent communication and client retention skills
• Professional, polished, and team-oriented
