Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This role blends aesthetic medicine with wellness services, including medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy. The ideal candidate has a strong clinical background, an eye for aesthetics, and a commitment to delivering personalized, results-driven care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations for aesthetic, weight loss, and hormone therapy patients
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Administer injectables including Botox and dermal fillers
• Perform non-invasive cosmetic procedures (e.g., laser treatments, microneedling, PRP)
• Evaluate and manage patients for medical weight loss
• Assess, prescribe, and monitor hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
• Order and interpret labs related to wellness, weight loss, and hormone optimization
• Ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and education throughout all treatments
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
• Stay current with advancements in aesthetics and wellness medicine

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
• Minimum [1–2+] years of clinical experience
• Experience in aesthetics, weight loss, or hormone therapy preferred
• Comfortable prescribing and managing treatment plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with both clinical judgment and aesthetic sensibility
• Commitment to patient safety and ethical practice
• DEA License
• Dispensary license
• Autonomous License
• Neurotoxin and Filler basic course
• Medical Director/Collaborative agreement for Aesthetics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with injectables (Botox, dermal fillers)
• Experience with medical weight loss programs (e.g., GLP-1 medications)
• Experience managing hormone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT)
• Background in med spa, functional medicine, or wellness clinics
• Existing client base is a plus
