Nurse Practitioner (Aesthetics + Wellness)

FANOUS MEDSPA is growing. We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner with strong injectable experience, leadership ability, and a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and patient transformation.

This is not a siloed provider role.

We want someone who can lead patients through the full FANOUS MEDSPA experience, collaborate across departments, and help elevate the clinical standard of the practice.

The Role

You’ll provide advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments while helping guide patient care, support team collaboration, and contribute to the growth of the practice.

The goal is continuity of care, exceptional outcomes, and a luxury patient experience from consult to follow-up.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Botox, fillers, and advanced aesthetic treatments safely and precisely
• Lead consultations with confidence, clarity, and strong treatment planning
• Support wellness services and help patients navigate long-term treatment plans
• Cross-pollinate patients into other spa services when appropriate, based on clinical insight and patient goals
• Collaborate closely with injectors, aestheticians, front desk, and leadership
• Help maintain high clinical standards and patient satisfaction
• Support team development through leadership, communication, and professionalism
• Maintain accurate charting, documentation, and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

• Active Nurse Practitioner license
• Strong experience with injectables required
• Leadership mindset and team-first attitude
• Preferred experience in wellness treatments and advanced aesthetic procedures
• Experience with energy-based devices is a plus
• Strong communication and consultation skills
• Comfortable educating patients on multiple treatment options
• Professional presence with a growth-oriented mindset
