Nurse Practitioner – Concierge Medicine

About Our Practice:We are a physician-led concierge style practice looking to add an experienced Nurse Practitioner to complement our existing practice with primary care services.

Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This role will begin within our established practice, working alongside our experienced physician and staff, while also playing a key role in developing and expanding the primary care side of our concierge-style practice.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physicians to expand concierge primary care services within the practice
• Deliver preventive care, wellness consultations, and chronic disease management
• Contribute to care design, workflow development, and relationship-building with existing and new patients

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in internal medicine/ family medicine is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest in concierge and direct primary care models
• Comfort working in both independent and collaborative capacities
