Nurse Practitioner (NP)

We are a busy, established, and highly respected medical aesthetics practice expanding into wellness medicine, hormone optimization, sexual health, and longevity care. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner to lead and develop our Menopause Care & Hormone Replacement Therapy division.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated provider who is passionate about women’s health, preventative medicine, wellness optimization, and creating meaningful long-term patient relationships.

The ideal candidate is clinically confident, compassionate, entrepreneurial-minded, and excited to help shape and grow a comprehensive wellness program within an already thriving medical spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations and assessments
• Evaluate and manage patients experiencing perimenopause and menopause symptoms
• Develop individualized treatment plans for hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
• Prescribe and monitor bioidentical hormone therapies and related medications
• Interpret laboratory testing and diagnostic evaluations
• Provide education and guidance regarding menopause, sexual wellness, longevity, weight optimization, and preventative health
• Develop and oversee wellness protocols involving peptides, supplements, and regenerative therapies
• Collaborate with medical spa providers to create comprehensive aesthetic and wellness treatment plans
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Assist in the growth and development of the wellness division through patient education, events, and community outreach
• Stay current on advancements in hormone therapy, peptides, sexual health, and longevity medicine

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• Experience in hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine, menopause care, wellness medicine, or sexual health preferred
• Strong understanding of women’s health and preventative medicine
• Experience interpreting comprehensive lab panels
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Passion for creating an exceptional patient experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a wellness-based practice

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
