Nurse Practitioner | Flexible 40 hrs/week | Outpatient Locum

An outpatient behavioral health clinic in the Denver, Colorado area is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a locum-to-permanent Clinical Director role . This position combines clinical leadership with patient care , offering the opportunity to shape treatment standards while maintaining a manageable caseload.

This role is ideal for experienced PMHNPs interested in leadership, program development, and advanced psychiatric care in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations & medication management (6–12 patients/day)

• Lead clinical quality, protocols, and treatment standards

• Supervise and mentor NPs, PAs, and clinical staff

• Oversee TMS & Spravato treatment programs

• Support training, compliance, and program development

• Collaborate on growth initiatives and care delivery models

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP

• Active Colorado NP license

• Experience with mood disorders, TMS, and Spravato preferred

• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical and organizational skills

Schedule & Compensation

• $50 – $100/hour

• Full-time | Day shift | No call

• Locum to perm opportunity

• Adult outpatient population

• Multidisciplinary support team
