Dually-Certified Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Full-Time)

Haven Detox Little Rock is a primary substance abuse inpatient treatment center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing clinical team. This full-time position offers a flexible 40-hour work week, allowing providers flexibility in scheduling while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals recovering from substance use disorders.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in behavioral health or addiction treatment settings and be comfortable prescribing and managing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).

Schedule: FT, 40 hours weekly, flexible on days

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric and medical evaluations for clients in inpatient treatment
• Prescribe and manage medications, including MAT protocols
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical teams to support client care
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in applicable state
• Dual certification in Psychiatry and Family Medicine strongly preferred
• Experience prescribing MAT medications preferred
• Prior experience in substance abuse or behavioral health treatment strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• DEA license required

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
