Nurse Practitioner – Full-Time | Carmel, IN

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join a growing rehabilitation-focused healthcare team in Carmel, Indiana. This role offers an opportunity to work in a patient-centered environment focused on delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments
• Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medications as appropriate
• Create and manage patient care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide patient education and counseling

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner qualification/licensure
• Prior experience in psychiatry or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
