We are growing rapidly and seeking a high-level Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about both patient care and delivering life-changing outcomes.

This is not a traditional clinical role.
Our providers are leaders, educators, and trusted guides who help clients commit to their transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations for weight loss, hormone therapy, and peptide programs
• Develop and manage customized treatment plans
• Prescribe and monitor Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, HRT, and peptides
• Educate patients and confidently guide them into appropriate programs
• Support long-term patient success and retention

Qualifications:

• Active Florida ARNP license
• Experience with HRT, peptides, and medical weight loss
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing and recommending treatment programs
• Telehealth experience is a plus

Compensation:

• Base salary + performance-based incentives
• Significant earning potential for high performers
• Contract base
