Nurse Practitioner – Infertility and GYN Clinic (up to 200k)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) with experience in infertility and ultrasound to join a growing reproductive endocrinology and fertility practice in El Paso, TX. This role focuses on providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and couples undergoing fertility evaluation and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical exams, and fertility assessments
• Conduct and interpret transvaginal ultrasounds (follicular monitoring, uterine assessment, early pregnancy)
• Develop and manage individualized fertility treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Monitor patients undergoing ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF cycles
• Order, review, and interpret labs and diagnostic testing
• Prescribe and manage fertility medications in accordance with protocols
• Provide detailed patient education and counseling throughout the fertility journey
• Assist with or perform procedures such as IUI and support IVF processes
• Collaborate with physicians, embryology teams, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinical protocols

Qualifications

• Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license (APRN)
• Board certification (FNP, WHNP, or AGNP preferred)
• 1–2+ years of infertility/reproductive medicine experience preferred
• Proficiency in transvaginal ultrasound required
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume fertility or reproductive endocrinology clinic
• Familiarity with IVF workflows and fertility EMRs
• Experience with early pregnancy monitoring
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred due to patient population

Work Schedule

• Outpatient clinic setting

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
