We are seeking a clinically strong, forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner to practice both internal medicine and proactive men’s wellness within our integrated model.

This role includes evaluation and management of acute and chronic medical conditions alongside hormone optimization, weight management, sexual health, metabolic health, and preventative care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations for both internal medicine and overall wellness
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic internal medicine conditions
• Manage testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)
• Provide medical weight loss treatment (including GLP-1s)
• Evaluate and treat sexual health concerns
• Interpret labs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP)
• Active Pennsylvania license
• 2+ years clinical experience preferred
• Interest in men’s health, hormone therapy, and preventative care
