Job Description

• Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning.
• Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, managing inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Handle patient appointments and conduct routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.
• Discuss healthy lifestyle choices with patients, perform diagnostic tests, and coordinate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care plans.
• Encourage patient participation in healthcare services like health screenings, behavioral health, wellness, and chronic condition management.
  
  

Critical Information

• Varied schedule, 8:30-7:30, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend work; onsite as needed.
• Remote work possible within clinical care team environment.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment; all MinuteClinic positions require working every other weekend with possible holiday rotations.
• Position reports to the practice manager.

Education/Licenses Needed

• Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current National Board Certification.
