Madison Medical Sports & Wellness is a New Jersey State-licensed ambulatory care facility. It operates as a multi-specialty musculoskeletal super group, delivering the full continuum of MSK and wellness care under one roof.

This is not a single-provider practice. It is a vertically integrated healthcare enterprise built to function with the infrastructure of a hospital-based outpatient center, without the inefficiencies of a hospital system.

The practice operates across multiple floors at 345 Main Street in Madison, NJ, with active expansion underway to support advanced recovery, regenerative medicine, and wellness services. The long-term vision includes multi-state growth through a structured MSO model.

Clinical Scope

You will practice within a system that spans more than 15 specialties, including:

• Primary Care and Sports Medicine
• Interventional Pain Management
• Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
• Chiropractic Medicine
• Podiatry and Foot and Ankle Surgery
• Regenerative Medicine
• Hormone Optimization and Weight Management
• IV Therapy and Recovery Services
• Sleep Medicine
• Behavioral Health Integration
• Telehealth Services

You will work alongside MDs, DOs, DCs, DPMs, PTs, and other licensed specialists in a coordinated care model.

Schedule

Aligned with provider schedules:

• Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (split shifts)
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Saturday: Rotating, 1–2 per month (8:30 AM – 1:00 PM)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000 – $110,000
• Bonus: Bi-monthly performance-based incentives tied to growth, quality, and outcomes

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Build and execute evidence-based treatment plans
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
• Perform in-office procedures within scope

Integrated Care Delivery

• Work directly with physicians, specialists, therapists, and nursing staff
• Participate in coordinated care planning across specialties
• Support seamless patient transitions between services

Patient Experience

• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and prevention
• Drive informed decision-making through clear communication
• Maintain a high standard of patient experience

Clinical Operations

• Complete accurate and compliant documentation in EMR
• Follow clinical protocols and regulatory standards
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in New Jersey
• Board certified (AANP or ANCC)
• Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or multispecialty settings preferred
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
• High level of patient engagement and communication
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment

• Enterprise EMR (CureMD) with real-time reporting
• Integrated billing across CMS-1500 and UB-04 formats
• Dedicated leadership team across operations, finance, HR, and revenue cycle
