This is not traditional primary care.
This is procedural, performance-driven, patient-centered medicine.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Clinical Management
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments (history, physical exams, vitals)
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans
Procedures & Treatments (Training Provided)
- Joint injections, trigger point injections, nerve blocks
- PRP, exosomes, and regenerative therapies
- IV infusions (hydration, vitamins, recovery)
Diagnostics
- Order and interpret labs, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound
- Utilize imaging and diagnostic tools to guide treatment decisions
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper coding practices
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work with multidisciplinary teams across specialties
- Contribute to evolving treatment protocols and care models
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Active NJ Nurse Practitioner (NP/APN) license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and bedside manner
- Willingness to learn procedures and expand clinical skillset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with IV therapy, wellness, or regenerative medicine
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (AdvancedMD.)
- Exposure to orthopedics, pain management, or functional medicine
- Bonus Skill Sets
- Experience with injections, phlebotomy, or procedural work
- Background in ICU, urgent care, or high-acuity settings
- Interest in aesthetics (Botox, fillers) or longevity medicine
