This opportunity is ideal for NPs looking for flexible, part-time, or supplemental income while maintaining control over their schedules.

This is a role focused on preventive care, health assessments, and patient education, working primarily with seniors in designated communities throughout the Los Angeles area. Providers have the flexibility to conduct telehealth visits, in-home visits, or a hybrid of both, based on preference and availability.

Requirements

• Active CA Nurse Practitioner license, board certification, and NPI number
• Master’s degree in Nursing
• Wellness exam experience (6+ months preferred)
• Medicare Advantage in-home risk assessment experience (1+ year preferred)
• EMR/EHR experience preferred
• Bilingual a plus
• Valid CA driver’s license
• Access to secure home internet for telehealth visits

Qualifications

• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Experience with managing patient care, monitoring outcomes, and coordinating with healthcare teams
• Effective communication, patient education, and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on medical advancements

Compensation

• Paid on a per-appointment completed basis
