Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at a private adult primary care practice. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality outpatient care to adults across the lifespan. Our office provides services specializing in primary care, women’s health, weight management, diabetes and blood pressure management, and virtual health. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in primary care, acute care, or geriatrics. You will play a vital role in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management while utilizing advanced clinical skills and medical knowledge to improve health outcomes. This position is fully paid and provides a platform for professional growth and meaningful patient interactions.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical examinations, and medical history reviews.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and medical records management.
• Provide patient education on health coaching, medication administration, nutrition, and disease prevention strategies.
• Engage in telehealth consultations

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner or PA certification and license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a healthcare team
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience

Pay: From $60.00 per hour
