Men’s Wellness Centers is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Newport News clinic. We specialize in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and peptide treatments for men.

What You’ll Do

Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-ups
Diagnose and manage hypogonadism and metabolic dysfunction
Order and interpret labs
Develop individualized treatment plans within clinical protocols
Document thoroughly in EMR
Collaborate with care consultants regarding treatment recommendations
Maintain compliance with Virginia regulations and DEA requirements
Participate in quality assurance and clinical meetings

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Virginia (required)
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical judgment
Excellent documentation habits
Professional and confident bedside manner
Comfortable working within structured protocols

Experience in hormone therapy, men’s health, or functional medicine is preferred but not required. We will train the right clinician.

Schedule

Full-time, in clinic (not telehealth)
Five days per week
Monday–Saturday
Rotating Saturday coverage required
