Opioid Management Group (OMG) is seeking a compassionate and clinically confident Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient practice in Greenwood, Indiana.

We provide evidence-based care for patients managing chronic conditions and substance use disorders in a structured, team-based environment focused on patient safety and long-term outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for chronic pain and addiction patients
• Develop, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and ensure safe, compliant prescribing
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff
• Provide patient and family education
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Active Indiana NP (FNP preferred) or PA license
• Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or PA-C)
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• New graduates with strong clinical training encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
• Comfort practicing in a regulated prescribing environment

Compensation & Benefits
