Overview
Busy outpatient rehabilitation clinic seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide musculoskeletal evaluations and injection-based treatments in collaboration with a physical therapy team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner interested in orthopedics, sports medicine, and pain management to work in a supportive clinical environment with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations for musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions
• Diagnose and manage joint pain, tendonitis, bursitis, and soft tissue injuries
• Joint injections
• Trigger point injections
• Corticosteroid injections
• Coordinate treatment plans with physical therapy providers
• Order imaging when appropriate (X-ray, MRI)
• Document patient encounters accurately

Qualifications

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
• Board certified NP (FNP, ANP, AGNP)
• Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, or pain management preferred
• Injection experience preferred but not required

Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
