Base Salary: $120K 5o 125K / yearly - DOE, depends on experience and qualifications

Location: Englewood NJ & Multiple NYC/Bergen and Hudson County, NJ Offices

Full-Time – Onsite Work Environment, (5 days a week)

Our client’s organization is a growing spine care and wellness medical clinic searching for a Nurse Practitioner-NP to join our client’s organization team headquartered in Englewood, NJ, with a total of 9 clinic locations throughout Bergen & Hudson County of New Jersey and New York City. This role offers a unique mix of autonomy and collaboration, allowing you to manage orthopedic and spine - musculoskeletal conditions while providing surgical support to our experienced physicians. Objectives of this role

· Clinical Management: Evaluate and treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting.

· Full Staff Support: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care, provide first-assist services in the OR (Spine and General Orthopedics).

· Procedures: Perform office-based procedures, including injections and spine - musculoskeletal assessments.

· Documentation: Maintain high-standard clinical records to ensure continuity of care and billing compliance.

· Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions.

· Order and interpret diagnostic tests.

· Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions.

· Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices

· Perform procedures as permitted by state regulations and NP specialty.

· Wellness IV Therapy, GLP-1, PRP recovery service experience

· Potential internal career growth within the organization

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Active and unencumbered license New Jerey and/or New York

· National certification as an NP in a relevant specialty area by a recognized certifying body (e.g., American Academy of Nurse Practitioners [AANP or ANCC]

· Focused on specialty preferred (e.g., orthopedic, sports medicine and wellness).

· At least 1 year + experience

· Unrestricted Licensed Nurse Practitioner in New Jersey and/or New York (NY DEA required)

· BLS certification

· Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills

· High level of patient engagement and communication

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

· Wellness IV Therapy, GLP-1, PRP recovery service experience

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus

Schedule And Coverage

· Shift Coverage: Scheduled + No Call

· Shift Schedule: Standard 5 days per week / 9am – 5pm

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, the organization offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, which is subject to eligibility requirements.
