Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Part-Time (Hybrid | Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro)
Pay: $50.00–$60.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time | 1–3 weekdays per week | Hybrid (Telehealth + On-site in Metro Centers of Minneapolis and St. Paul area)

Minnesota-licensed NP in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro—we’re hiring a part-time NP for a hybrid role (Telehealth + on-site support in local centers). HRT prescribing experience required; TRT/peptides/injectables a plus. Must be willing to obtain a Florida NP license promptly upon hire to support Florida Telehealth.

Position Summary

We are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner who resides in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul Metro area to support our care team through a mix of Telehealth visits (including Florida clients) and in-center support across our local Metro centers.

What You’ll Do

• Provide medical oversight for clients participating in Livea’s medically guided weight-loss and wellness programs.
• Conduct assessments, follow-ups, clinical evaluations, and medication consultations via Telehealth.
• Provide in-center support in Livea’s Metro area centers as needed (on-site).
• Prescribe and manage HRT therapy, including ongoing monitoring, follow-up care, and client education. (HRT prescribing experience required.)
• Prescribe weight-management medications as appropriate and within scope.
• (Preferred/Plus) Support additional wellness initiatives such as TRT, peptides, and injectables, if experienced.
• Guide clients on nutrition, health behaviors, and lifestyle changes aligned with the Livea program.
• Identify individual client needs and align them with the appropriate medical and nutrition program options.
• Provide supportive, educational one-on-one coaching.
• Complete timely and accurate charting and documentation per Livea standards.
• Work collaboratively with internal team members to ensure continuity of care and an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Minnesota Nurse Practitioner license (required).
• HRT prescribing/management experience (required).
• Experience with TRT, peptides, and/or injectables (preferred).
• Willing to obtain a Florida NP license promptly upon hire to support Florida Telehealth visits (required).
• We can support/guide the licensure process to help ensure it is completed quickly.
• At least 1 year of NP experience preferred; strong candidates considered.
• Strong communication skills and a client-centered, supportive approach.
• Confident prescribing within scope and comfortable managing follow-up care plans.
• Professional, reliable, responsive, and aligned with Servant Leadership values.
