The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-performing Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Goodyear clinic—someone who is confident, patient-focused, and thrives in a results-oriented environment.

This role is ideal for a clinician who:

• Has experience (or strong interest) in hormonal optimization, peptides, and medical weight loss
• Understands cash-pay / concierge-style model
• Enjoys building relationships, educating patients, and driving outcomes
• Wants to be part of a rapidly growing brand with leadership opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive consultations for new patients (TRT, peptides, wight loss, ED)
• Interpret labs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage therapies under physician supervision
• Deliver high-quality patient education focused on long-term outcomes
• Administer treatments including IM injections, PRP, and other therapies
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants and front office team to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Drive clinic performance through patient engagement, retention, and satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards

What We’re Looking For

• Active NP or PA license (AZ) in good standing
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Experience in men’s health, hormone therapy, weight loss, peptides, urology, or endocrinology strongly preferred
• Experience in a cash-pay, concierge, or private-pay model is a major plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly with patients
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in clinic growth and performance
