Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who shares our passion for preventative and functional medicine. The ideal candidate will be confident in patient evaluation, hormone optimization, and evidence-based weight-management strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations including history, labs, and physical assessments
• Interpret hormone and metabolic lab panels and develop individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage hormone therapies, peptides, and medical weight loss programs (e.g., GLP-1s)
• Provide ongoing patient education, follow-up, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with clinical standards

Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin NP or PA license in good standing
• DEA license or eligibility
• Excellent communication and patient-relationship skills
• Comfort with EMR systems and telehealth consultations
• Will provide all necessary training
