Slim & Trim Inc is a fast-growing medical spa specializing in non-surgical body sculpting, skin tightening, and advanced aesthetic treatments. We are expanding our services to include laser hair removal and medical aesthetic procedures, and we are seeking a qualified medical professional to join our team.

We are looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to serve as a Medical Supervisor / Provider for our aesthetic services, including laser treatments.

* Perform patient consultations and assessments

* Conduct Good Faith Exams before treatments

* Supervise laser hair removal and aesthetic procedures

* Ensure compliance with Virginia medical regulations

* Develop and follow treatment protocols

* Be available (on-site or remote, as per legal guidelines) for supervision

* Handle patient safety and clinical documentation

* Active Virginia license as:

* Nurse Practitioner (NP), OR

* Physician Assistant (PA)

* Experience in medical spa / aesthetics (preferred)

* Knowledge of:

* Laser hair removal

* Skin treatments and safety protocols

* Strong communication and patient care skills

* Experience in laser treatments or cosmetic procedures

* Background in dermatology or aesthetic medicine

* Ability to work in a growing startup environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
