Nurse Practitioner (NP) UAS Assessment | $3218/Week

This role is ideal for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who enjoys autonomy, care coordination, and working independently while shaping patient-centered care plans.

Specialty: Family Nurse Practitioner (NP)

• Setting: Community care (patient visits)

• Location: Brooklyn, NY

• Schedule: Minimum 9 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

• Assignment Length: 26 weeks

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years (or 3,600 hours) NP experience in:

  • Family Medicine, or

  • Adult Health, or

  • Acute Care

• Active NY Medicaid Provider enrollment

• ANCC certification

• Active NP license

• Strong ability to work independently in the field

• Prior experience with care planning and utilization review preferred
