Nurse Practitioner (NP)/PA – Hormone Replacement & Medical Weight Loss

Position Overview

Hillcrest Medical Weight Loss and Hormone is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing clinic. This role focuses on bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and medically supervised weight loss programs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a wellness-oriented environment focused on optimizing patient health and long-term outcomes.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Every other Friday
• Part-time or full-time available for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients for hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)
• Develop and oversee individualized medical weight loss plans
• Interpret lab results and adjust treatment protocols accordingly
• Provide patient education on treatment options, lifestyle changes, and long-term health strategies
• Perform follow-ups and monitor patient progress
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a high standard of care and patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license (TN)
• Experience in hormone replacement therapy, functional medicine, or weight loss preferred (not required)
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Comfortable with patient education and relationship-building
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting
