The Opportunity

Mind Dojo is expanding its medical team and is seeking multiple Nurse Practitioners with different clinical specialties, including:

• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP)
• Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP)
• Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioners (AGNP)

These roles support different areas of our practice including psychiatric medication management, Spravato treatment, functional and longevity medicine, and advanced wellness services.

Depending on training and experience, providers may focus within their specialty or cross-train across multiple services. Clinicians who are curious, adaptable, and eager to expand their skill set will find significant opportunities for professional growth within our integrative model.

This is not a traditional clinic job. Our NPs work alongside therapists, wellness providers, RNs, and medical staff in a truly interdisciplinary care environment, bringing a whole-person lens to every patient encounter.

Clinical Services Provided

Psychiatric Services (PMHNP Focus)

• Independent psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis across diverse populations
• Comprehensive psychopharmacological management and medication prescribing
• Oversight and administration of the Spravato program, including patient monitoring and REMS compliance
• Crisis assessment and stabilization within the clinical setting
• Psychiatric treatment planning within a whole-person care model

Wellness & Longevity Medicine (FNP / AGNP Focus)

• Comprehensive biomarker testing and advanced laboratory analysis
• Vitamin and nutrient optimization protocols
• Peptide therapy and regenerative medicine
• Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for men and women
• IV nutrient therapy and infusion services
• Weight management and metabolic optimization programs
• Preventive health and longevity-focused care planning

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric or wellness evaluations depending on clinical specialty
• Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with Mind Dojo’s integrative philosophy
• Prescribe and manage medications, peptides, hormones, or nutrient protocols as appropriate
• Interpret advanced laboratory panels and biomarker testing
• Provide patient education on diagnosis, treatment options, and preventative wellness strategies
• Collaborate closely with therapists, counselors, RNs, and wellness providers to deliver coordinated care
• Lead or support specialized programs such as Spravato treatment when applicable
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Stay current on advancements in psychopharmacology, integrative medicine, functional medicine, and longevity science

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN, DNP, or equivalent)
• Board certification in one of the following:
• PMHNP
• FNP
• ANP / AGNP
• Experience in psychiatric medication management (required for PMHNP candidates)
• Experience or strong interest in functional medicine, longevity medicine, hormone optimization, or integrative wellness
• Prior Spravato or ketamine therapy experience a plus (training available)
• Excellent communication skills and patient-centered care philosophy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, interdisciplinary environment
• Curiosity and openness to learning new integrative treatment approaches

Pay: $109,000.00 - $137,000.00 per year
