NP Housecalls, PLLC is a home-based medical practice committed to providing exceptional care to seniors residing in senior living facilities or their own homes throughout Middle Tennessee. This position would be ~two days a week in the northern region and 95% private homes, so there would be traveling from house to house most days.

We are seeking highly independent and self-directed Nurse Practitioners to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

Compensation:

• wRVU based model + on call pay

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner Certification from either the ANCC or AANP as Adult, Geriatric, or Family NP
• Must maintain an unrestricted nursing license and DEA licensure
• Ability to learn to use our EMR (AdvancedMD)
• Ability to build rapport with patients and families
• Must be available 1-2 days a week for patient visits

Travel Requirements: Travel required

• Must have valid state driver's license and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to independently travel to assigned locations

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Local contract

Pay: $1,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
