About the Role

We’re searching for a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing multidisciplinary aesthetic healthcare team at Shea Aesthetic Clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to blend medical expertise with the art of aesthetics—delivering personalized, high-quality care that helps patients look and feel their best.

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, perform aesthetic and wellness procedures, and build meaningful connections with a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. What You’ll Do:

• Perform thorough physical exams and patient assessments.
• Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and team members.
• Administer medications and injections with a strong focus on safety and precision.
• Perform procedures within your scope of practice, including:
  • Hormone replacement therapy pellet insertion
  • Botox and dermal filler injections
  • Weight loss counseling
  • Aesthetic laser treatments
• Document all encounters accurately using Aesthetic Record.
• Work closely with our in-house physician to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Offer telehealth consultations for weight-management patients.
• Participate in ongoing education and clinical development initiatives.
• Support team processes and contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic environment.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

• Clinical experience in aesthetic procedures, hormones, weight management, or injectables.
• A background in diverse clinical environments, especially aesthetics.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and diligent medical documentation practices.
• Experience with dermal fillers or laser treatments is a plus.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, confidence-enhancing patient care.
