Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Provisions Health is seeking Board Certified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to conduct medical evaluations for veterans.

This is a non-clinical, contract (1099) role focused on supporting VA disability claims through impactful assessments, with no treatment or prescribing required.

** YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN PHYSICAL LOCATION TO SEE FACE TO FACE PATIENTS **

- Compensation: $300-$1,200.00+ per day, offering high earning potential (no hourly rates).

- Flexibility: You choose your own schedule. We require 2–3 days of availability per week.

- Support: Unlike other companies, we provide a direct contact to support you through the credentialing process and beyond. Malpractice insurance and a supervising physician are also provided for a small fee.

Qualifications:

• Own Office Required ( face to face assessments - not telehealth)
• Board Certified
• Proficient in intense charting
• Personal laptop, general medical equipment (BP Cuff, etc.)
