Skills Required:

• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of West Virginia
• Experience working with children in a school-based setting
• Ability to work on a school schedule
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical skills and ability to diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Description:

Camden Family Health has a current opening for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in Webster County, WV at an elementary school-based location on a school schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary care services to children in the school setting, including diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries, conducting physical exams, and providing health education and counseling to students and families. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will work closely with school staff and parents to ensure that students receive the care they need to stay healthy and succeed in school.
