Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 1 year of experience for a mobile wound care role in Charlottesville, VA.

• Provide on-site wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up care in various settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Use EMR systems for documentation and educate patients and caregivers on wound management.
• Work autonomously with support from licensed team members, with opportunities for growth and training.
