Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant– Aesthetics & Wellness (Growth + Leadership Track)

Skinsational is an established, high-performing medical aesthetics practice focused on natural, results-driven care. We’ve built a loyal patient base through consistency, trust, and quality outcomes. We are entering a growth phase and are looking for the right Nurse Practitioner to grow with us long-term.

The Opportunity

This is more than a typical NP or PA role. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career in aesthetics, contribute to business growth, and take on increasing responsibility over time. You will work closely with the owner, gaining exposure to both the clinical and business side of the practice, with the opportunity to expand into additional services such as hormone optimization and wellness programs. You will also play a key role in supporting and guiding clinical staff while helping maintain a high standard of care across the practice.

What You’ll Do

• Perform aesthetic treatments (Botox, Dysport, fillers, and other services as trained)
• Perform laser and energy-based treatments (IPL, laser hair removal, and other modalities as trained)
• Conduct patient consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships and retention
• Provide clinical oversight and support to RNs as needed, including patient clearance and guidance
• Assist RNs with treatment planning, complications, or escalations when necessary
• Participate in marketing efforts (social media, patient engagement, promotions)
• Contribute to business growth and patient acquisition
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards
• Continuously train and expand your skillset

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in NC (REQUIRED)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Professional, respectful, and committed to maintaining a drama-free environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
• Interest in growing a personal patient base
• Comfortable being visible (social media, patient education, branding)
• Coachable and open to ongoing training and development

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in medical aesthetics
• Experience with laser and energy-based devices (IPL, RF, laser hair removal, etc.) and/or hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
• Sales or patient conversion experience

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and skill level:

• Experienced Providers: Competitive pay with performance-based incentives
• New or Limited Experience: Structured training period with adjusted compensation, with clear growth potential as skills develop
• High earning potential for motivated providers who build and retain a strong patient base

Growth & Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for someone long-term. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position within the practice, with performance-based advancement and expanded responsibilities over time.

Schedule

• Part-time or Full-time options depending on the candidate and experience. Will evolve into a full-time role. M, T, Th, F and 1-2 Saturdays per month.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21.0 – 32.0 per week
