Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Clinical Director)

Gameday is excited to welcome a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to our team.

The Clinic Director (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) provides direct patient care while overseeing and/or delivering procedural treatments, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring clinical compliance, productivity, and high quality outcomes. Serves as a clinical leader by coordinating with the Medical Director and Operations Owners, supervising and supporting Medical Assistants, and contributing to operational and treatment protocol decisions across the clinic.

Job Duties

  • Conduct consultations for new patients and interpreting lab results
  • Evaluate patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels
  • Evaluate patients for erectile dysfunction and recommending treatment plans like Gainswave, P-Shot or prescribing medications like Trimix
  • Provide continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans and patient education
  • Supervise and directs Medical Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses, ensuring safe execution of delegated tasks and consistent compliance with clinic protocols, regulatory standards, and scope of practice requirements
  • Perform and document skills assessments for patientcare tasks to ensure staff competency and consistent clinical quality
  • Administer intramuscular injections and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections
  • Working together with a Medical Assistant(s) and a receptionist Collaborate with clinic staff to support smooth workflows and maintain an optimal patient care experience
  • Ensure clinical compliance with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
  • Perform patient evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans—under Medical Director (physician) supervision—for related or similar men’s health conditions and services as they are added to the clinic’s offerings
  • Maintain clinic census goals
  • Providing continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.

Qualifications:

  • Two years of NP or PA experience - Preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in a related field, such as urology, endocrinology, or general practice is preferred.
  • No current or pending malpractice lawsuits, active state license in good standing, active DEA Certificate, active Controlled Substance Registration.

Preferred:

  • Looking for someone with a health focused mindset, delivering lifestyle changing consultations.
  • Experience with concierge medicine
  • Previous leadership experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
