Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Weekend Travel / Part Time Assignments in Michigan

Weekend Assignments available throughout multiple states.

Missouri , Iowa, Wisconsin , Illinois, North Dakota, Ohio, Michigan, South Dakota, Indiana, Michigan, Inquire as more states come online

All assignments are in same city, some are only Saturday, some Sat & Sun.

Travel, Mileage, Lodging paid/provided.

If Flight/lodging required - will be reimbursed.

Malpractice covered.

Responsibilities:

- Complete Physical Readiness Exams for New Armed Forces Recruits

-Complete documentation within portal

-Must be licensed in state

-Must have Board Certification

- 20-25 Exams daily

- Assignment usually avg of 8 hours daily. (7hr-9hr sometimes)

Experience:
- Minimum of [0] years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a clinical setting

Will take New GRADS!!

Skills:
- Proficiency in performing physical examinations and diagnosing medical conditions
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on providing compassionate and comprehensive care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Education:
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Certifications:
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

This is a 1099 (Independent Contractor) position
