A growing adult health optimization and wellness practice is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its clinical team in an in-person, part-time role. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who enjoys building strong patient relationships, practicing with autonomy, and contributing to a fast-growing organization focused on helping patients improve overall wellness, reduce inflammation, and optimize long-term health.


This position is currently structured for 16 guaranteed hours per week, primarily supporting the practice on Mondays and Tuesdays, with the possibility of expanding to 24 hours per week for the right candidate. As the organization continues to grow, there is also strong potential for increased hours over time.


About the Opportunity

This established and expanding practice has transitioned to a more hybrid and interactive consult model while continuing to prioritize a strong, personalized patient experience. The team is looking for a provider who can help preserve that personal touch as the practice scales.


The clinic operates out of a 12,000-square-foot facility designed around wellness, inflammation reduction, and proactive health support. With significant projected growth over the next year, this is an excellent opportunity to join a practice with both stability and upward potential.



Position Highlights

  • Part-time role with 16 guaranteed hours per week
  • Primarily Monday and Tuesday schedule

Clinical Focus

This role will support patients in an adult health optimization setting with services centered around:

  • Hormone therapy
  • Peptides
  • Customized wellness care plans
  • Ongoing patient support and follow-up


This is not an integrative or functional medicine practice, and the team is not focused on areas such as gut health testing, allergy testing, or broader alternative medicine modalities.

Ideal Background

The practice is seeking an autonomous and personable provider who is comfortable working independently and connecting with patients in a meaningful way. The right candidate will bring both clinical confidence and a patient-centered approach.


Preferred qualifications include:

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • At least 1 year of provider experience with prescribing responsibilities
  • Experience in hormone therapy, peptides, and related treatment plans
  • Exposure to male-focused optimization care strongly preferred
  • Some experience treating female patients is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a growth-oriented, evolving practice environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with patients
  • Adaptable, motivated, and eager to continue learning
