We are actively seeking a highly motivated nurse practitioner (NP), or physician assistant (PA) to join our growing, mission-driven team serving the senior adult population. This role offers both full-time and part-time employment options, allowing flexibility to support a variety of professional and personal needs

Qualifications:

• Eligible for full-time or part-time employment
• Experience or interest in Geriatrics and Primary Care
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid care model
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, high-quality senior care
