Part-Time Wound Care Provider (MD / DO / NP / PA)
Location: Roswell, New Mexico
Hours: 3-4 Hours Per Week | One Consistent Weekday Morning
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) | Long-Term Care
No Nights | No Weekends | No Call

SNF Wound Care is hiring a licensed Physician (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide weekly wound care rounds in a skilled nursing facility.

This is a part-time, autonomous role ideal for providers seeking flexible supplemental income in long-term care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly bedside wound assessments
• Measure and document wounds
• Provide topical treatment orders (creams/advanced wound products)
• Collaborate with nursing staff

Facility nurses perform all dressing changes — you provide medical oversight and documentation only.

Requirements:
