Nurse Practitioner or Physician – Wound Care | Mobile & Clinic | Flexible Schedule | Urgent Hire

Job Description:

Alpine Basin Care is urgently hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician to join our expanding team in Northern Nevada.

We are seeking a flexible provider to deliver wound care services across multiple settings, including:

• Patients’ homes (mobile visits)
• Our established wound care clinic in Fernley
• Expansion into another Reno-area clinic location

While our immediate need is wound care, we are also open to providers interested in primary care and transitional care as we continue to grow.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay (hourly and/or productivity-based)
• Mileage reimbursement (excluding first 20 miles)

Requirements:

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician (Nevada licensed or eligible)
• Wound care experience preferred but not required (training available)
• Ability to work independently in mobile and clinic settings
• Strong clinical decision-making skills

Northern Nevada (Fernley, Reno, and surrounding communities)
