What You’ll Do

* Provide mobile primary care to geriatric patients within 25 miles of your home
* Manage chronic conditions (CHF, hypertension, diabetes, etc.) to enhance quality of life
* Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care

What We’re Looking For

✔ Licensed NP/PA-C in Washington
✔ DEA License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
✔ BLS/CPR Certification
✔ Passion for geriatric care and chronic disease management
✔ Reliable transportation & home office setup
